Anna Cannings - London-based voice artist, actor and model, who is blind.

 

Brief overview of my media work to date:

 

I am an experienced and established voice artist, actor and model, having worked as a voice artist since 1998, as a model since 2002 and as an actor since 2003.

 

My voice credits include work for Marks and Spencer, BT, the University of Birmingham and the International business law firm, Lovells.

 

My acting credits include a lead role in a COI TV commercial, a guest lead role in the ITV comedy drama, William and Mary, and a guest supporting role in the BBC medical drama, Bodies, as well as corporate acting work, for live events, role play scenarios and training DVDs.

 

My modelling assignments have included working as a sculptor's model for the internationally renowned sculptor Marc Quinn, as well as numerous photo shoots, for publications such as the Which? Product guides, Now magazine, M magazine in association with the Daily Mirror, Learn Direct publicity literature, and the National Geographic.

 

I am a member of Equity, who appears in Spotlight Actresses and am excellently represented by Louise Dyson at VisABLE People, a national agency set up specifically to provide professional actors and models with disabilities to the media industry.
